A former U.S. and NATO General cited gay Dutch troops as a reason to keep Don't Ask, Don't Tell intact. Apparently homosexual soldiers compromised a mission in Bosnia and failed to prevent the Serbs from massacring innocent Muslims. The General couldn't say why gay soldiers caused the failure so we come up with our own.
